Valeria Levi

Valeria led the company as the managing partner in 2019.
She put together a team of highly qualified lawyers, each of whom has experience in international consulting. Valeria also directs the activities of the bureau and personally supervises all projects.

Valeria has been specializing in investment projects support, contract law, participating in the settlement of complex labour disputes, representing clients in arbitration court (arbitration in Russia, international commercial arbitration) for over 15 years

Valeria was the Head of Legal Department in logistics provider of Hyundai Motor Group Russia for 10 years before she took charge of Levi Buro. Valeria worked on public-private partnership projects in the interests of the regional and federal government for several years until 2009.

Kirill joined Levi Buro as a partner in November 2019.

Kirill headed the legal department of a large consulting company in Saint Petersburg, accompanied federal construction projects as a corporate lawyer until 2009. Kirill also worked in the St. Petersburg office of the international company "Rödl & Partner" from 2008 to 2012, specializing in consulting in the field of corporate law and development

The issues of real estate and construction, bankruptcy in the interests of debtors and creditors are the areas of Kirill's legal interest. Kirill has successful experience in representing clients in courts, including the Supreme Court of Russia.

Alexandra joined Levi Buro in June 2020 and now she manages key projects of the bureau. Alexandra has been working in the sphere of legal consulting for over 4 years. She also worked in the St. Petersburg office of the international company "Deloitte" until mid-2020, specializing in consulting companies of the automotive industry.

Alexandra is an expert in the field of corporate and intellectual property law. Alexandra also provides support to our customers on various legal issues throughout the entire lifecycle of companies: she drafts and coordinates commercial treaties, accompanies transactions under Russian and foreign law, prepares internal documents, advises on compliance with the requirements of law. Her customers include both large and medium-sized Russian companies, specializing in the production and distribution of digital products.
